Balances, Quality and Uses — Map of Content
This MOC explains how compiled energy statistics are evaluated, documented, released, revised, exchanged, and applied. It connects quality assurance and metadata with dissemination governance, then follows energy statistics into SEEA-Energy accounts, headline aggregates, indicators, and greenhouse-gas inventories (IRES Ch. IX–XI). The accounting framework that produces the energy balance is covered separately by Energy Balances MOC.
